Graduate Practical Training Seminar/Externship I

Catalog description

The Graduate Practical Training (PT) Seminar/Externship I course introduces students to opportunities for gaining practical work experience while linking those experiences to graduate level course outcomes. Students will describe a process change, procedural innovation, or another enhancement proposed to their employer based on learning in the course curriculum. Students will engage in practical training during the program through Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Post Completion Occupational Practical Training (OPT).
