Catalog description

This advanced seminar equips doctoral business students with expertise in the Trust Edge Leadership principles, focusing on the Eight Pillars of Trust as a framework for building high-performing, trust-filled environments. Students will gain certification as Trust Edge facilitators by mastering Trust Edge tools and facilitation techniques, designing and delivering impactful workshops, and tailoring strategies to address trust-related challenges. Students will select leadership, consulting, or teaching tracks in the course, and upon course completion, will receive achievement badges attesting to their skills in those contexts. Through practical application, students will refine their ability to enhance organizational performance and formulate a personal philosophy grounded in trust, ethical leadership, and the Virtuous Business Model. Prerequisite: BADM-711
