Catalog description
This course is a theological examination of historic Christian teaching on human sexuality. Issues of biological sex, gender, sexual orientation, marriage, celibacy, and sexual activity are examined in the larger context of orthodox perspectives of anthropology, Christology and eschatology. Contemporary biblical and theological challenges to historic Christian teaching are explored as well. Prerequisite: THE-101 and BIL-101 or BIL-102 or HNR-170 and HNR-180.
