Catalog description
In this course, students will evaluate leadership perspectives and develop a personal leadership philosophy that is consistent with their values and the Virtuous Business Model. Students will analyze the realities of leadership in today's complex and diverse organizations, including assessment of common problems and specific opportunities for leadership growth and development. Assessing the key roles and responsibilities for senior leaders within an organization will enable students to critique success factors for leadership. This course is designed to help prepare students for an executive leadership role. Prerequisite: BADM-710
