Teaching Practice Seminar

Catalog description

Students will critique their own existing assumptions and beliefs about adult learning and evaluate best practices for educating adults. Fundamentals of human knowledge development will be explored. In addition, students will devise a personal philosophy of teaching consistent with the Virtuous Business Model and best practices of adult teaching and learning. Students will apply their personal philosophy and best practice to the creation of syllabi and curriculum for both online and face-to-face educational settings. Prerequisite: BADM-710
