Catalog description
Death, Loss and Grief are universal human experiences by which we are all impacted. This course will explore the ways that we as humans experience death, loss and grief through the lens of history, rituals, hysiological changes associated with the dying process, as well as approaches to grief and loss both domestically and internationally. This course is open to all students and will fulfill a course requirement for all those seeking a Child Life Specialization.
