Current Issues for the Virtuous Organization

Catalog description

Students will assess forward-thinking leadership challenges arising from current events. Current business events will be critiqued using the perspective and values of the Virtuous Business Model and global cultural factors will be integrated into relevant change management plans. Students will recommend ethical responses consistent with the Virtuous Business Model to address current business events. The impact of current issues on organizations and integrating synthesized research into current events will be incorporated into the student's doctoral-level practice.
