Catalog description

In this course, students will critique leadership aspects of real-world situations from the perspective of the Virtuous Business Model, distinguish among current leadership theories including servant leadership, and assess success factors for leadership within a global team environment. Students will appraise change-management situations to determine specific leadership elements and appropriate best practices. Students will assess potential ethical leadership solutions using the Virtuous Business Model.
