Leading Others

Catalog description

This course provides a biblical and theological framework for leading others. Issues related to self-awareness and self-management will be addressed as well as attentiveness to the people, culture, and structures that make up an organization. Students will consider biblical models for leading others in collaborative teams, through change, and through conflict as well as models for developing and discipling others to lead. Course is limited to juniors and seniors in School of Theology and Ministry majors or minors
