Catalog description

This course introduces students to traditional project management and Agile practices used to identify and resolve project management problems. Students will demonstrate an understanding of the importance of monitoring and controlling project work in both the traditional and Agile project management approaches. Terminology and industry practices used to monitor, control, and resolve problems on project work will be explored. Students will utilize critical thinking skills determine resolution strategies to help ensure quality project outcomes. Professional project leadership certifications will be explored in this course. Biblical principles that undergird concepts related to problem resolution in project management will be examined. Prerequisite: PROJ-610, PROJ-620, PROJ-630, PROJ-640, and PROJ-650
