Catalog description
This course introduces students to project management and provides an orientation to the most prevalent methodologies: traditional, agile and hybrid practices. The differences between predictive and adaptive project management practices will be discussed. Students will recognize the approaches and leadership styles applicable in leading both agile and traditional teams. Biblical principles that undergird prioritization, planning, and initiating work will be examined.
