Catalog description

What is the relationship between science and religion or free will and determinism? How do skepticism, the problem of evil, and arguments for the existence of God influence the way we view the world? This course is an introduction to the basic issues in the intersection between Faith and Reason. As part of the IWU Humanities Core, this course emphasizes the Christian call to love God and neighbor. Prerequisite: THE-101 or HNR-170
