Catalog description

In this course, students will examine the sociocultural, socioeconomic and person factors that influence health, wellness, and health behaviors of persons, groups, and populations. An exploration of chronic health conditions and the impact of meaningful occupation on health and wellness will precede students' articulation of the role of occupational therapy in population health.
