Catalog description

In this course, students will be introduced to the basic terminology and principles of the research process, including generating, synthesizing, translating, applying, and disseminating nursing knowledge to improve patients' health and transform healthcare. Upon completing this course, the student will build on prior learning and evidence competency in the following AACN Level 1, Essential Core Sub-Competencies for Entry-Level Professional Nursing Education in Domain 4: Scholarship for the Nursing Discipline.
