Leadership Capstone

Catalog description

This course is the capstone for the program building on the themes and leadership theories covered in the programs. The student completes a comprehensive literature review to gain an in-depth understanding of the possible solutions to a leadership problem identified in a selected organization or community. Recommendations are developed based on the application of leadership theories and insights synthesized from the scholarly sources. Prerequisite: MOL-540
