Catalog description

This course introduces the concept of stewardship and leads students to responsibly use the resources of an organization to benefit all stakeholders. In addition, students will consider how the concepts of strategic planning can be used to implement vision and be a good steward. Tools for developing a strategic plan and techniques for communicating the vision will be studied. Prerequisites: MOL-525 and MOL-530
