Catalog description

Human-Centered Marketing and Design Thinking is a 6-week, 3-credit course that equips students with the frameworks, methodologies, and AI-enhanced tools necessary to create marketing solutions that prioritize customer needs, experiences, and values. This course explores the design thinking process-empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test-as a strategic approach to solving complex marketing challenges in an AI-driven landscape. Students will learn to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance human insights, accelerate ideation, and optimize customer experiences while maintaining ethical, empathetic, and inclusive marketing practices.
