Mobilize: Activating Disciples, Pioneers And Planters

Catalog description

This course will provide principles and practices for mobilizing disciple makers, pioneering leaders, and church planters. Emphasis will be given to understanding the distinctions between laity and clergy, the marks of a church, and developing an essential ecclesiology. Various approaches to mobilizing lay leaders will be analyzed and students will develop a customized strategy for building a mobilization pipeline in their unique ministry context. Emphasis will be given to training and development.
