Catalog description

In this course, students will examine company strategy and operations from an entrepreneurial point of view. Students will learn how to identify and capitalize on opportunities for competitive advantage, develop winning business strategies, strengthen operations, and guarantee financial sustainability. Through the integration of ethical, global, and competitive factors into corporate strategy planning, students will learn how to foster a responsible corporate culture. A virtuous business framework designed to target specific elements within an organization will be developed.
