Catalog description

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand individual and organizational behavior in a diverse global environment. Students will apply a biblical worldview and ethical framework to concepts of organizational behavior on topics that include diversity, attitudes and behavior, personality, perception, motivation, job design, work teams, groups, leadership, communication, organizational structure and culture, change, emotions and moods, and human resource practices. Application and implementation of course theories and concepts in an organizational setting will be addressed through embedded, experiential learning experiences and activities within the course.
