Catalog description

Students in this course will review the foundational knowledge of graduate business and evaluate conceptual frameworks that address virtuous business, leadership, and a Christian worldview. Developing critical thinking skills and enhanced cultural awareness needed for the global marketplace, with special attention to customs and emerging trends in the North American market will be emphasized. Personal competencies and behaviors needed to produce successful projects will be addressed. Students will also develop an appreciation for stewardship and discovering their life purpose. Application and implementation of course theories and concepts in an organizational setting will be addressed through embedded, experiential learning experiences and activities within the course. Note: This course, when offered in the blended format, will fulfill the requirements for students on an F1 visa as part of a hybrid degree.
