This course offers an in-depth exploration of integrative healthcare, tracing its historical foundations, core principles, and practices. Students will examine a broad spectrum of healthcare systems, medical models, and healthcare modalities, gaining a robust understanding of how these diverse approaches can be harmoniously integrated. Utilizing interactive technology, the curriculum emphasizes the significance of a person-centered approach, interprofessional care, and the client-provider relationship. The course also promotes a customized integration of traditional and nontraditional health practices to meet specific patient needs.
