Catalog description

This course develops professional identity, leadership competencies, and advanced communication skills for intelligence and crime analysis contexts. Students examine principles of ethical leadership, organizational professionalism, and interpersonal communication within public safety environments. Emphasis is placed on delivering professional briefings, navigating workplace dynamics, and demonstrating accountability in analytic roles. The course also integrates a Christian worldview that affirms servant leadership, integrity, and stewardship of authority. These experiences prepare students to communicate effectively, lead responsibly, and contribute ethically within intelligence and public safety organizations.
