Students explore extremist ideologies, terrorist networks, organized crime systems, and cross-border security challenges affecting public safety. Emphasis is placed on analyzing threat actors, identifying transnational patterns, and evaluating homeland security strategies using structured analytic frameworks. The course also addresses legal, ethical, and geopolitical considerations and integrates a Christian worldview that affirms justice, human dignity, and responsible engagement in global security environments.
