This course examines court procedures and the role of intelligence and crime analysts in case preparation and judicial processes. Students explore stages of criminal proceedings, rules of evidence, standards for admissibility, and professional responsibilities in supporting prosecutions and defense. Emphasis is placed on preparing analytic products for legal contexts, understanding expert testimony standards, and maintaining credibility and integrity in courtroom settings. The course also integrates a Christian worldview that affirms truth, justice, and accountability.
