Introduction to Supervision

Catalog description

This course provides the student an introduction to supervision and the role of the supervisor in the workplace. Providing constructive feedback, examining laws governing the treatment of employees in a business setting, salary administration, performance management, and training and development for employees will be addressed. Supervision and leadership concepts will be presented from a Christian worldview.
