Capstone in Human Services

Catalog description

This is the final capstone course in the Bachelor of Science with a Major in Human Services. Students will complete a capstone project created to identify, plan, and prioritize career or academic goals. The projects will be based on acquired knowledge in either the Leadership specialization or Life Coaching specialization. Developing business plans, writing mission statements, networking with professionals, seeking supervision, integrating faith perspectives, and addressing ethical decision-making are just some of the topics examined in this capstone course. Prerequisites: Successful completion of all prior courses is required. Prerequisites: HMSR-340, 350, 420, and 430
