Catalog description

This course examines ethical decision-making within human services leadership contexts. Students explore professional codes of ethics, moral reasoning models, risk management, accountability structures, and faith-integrated leadership principles. Emphasis is placed on applying ethical frameworks to organizational dilemmas, policy decisions, and resource allocation challenges. Students evaluate complex leadership scenarios involving competing values and stakeholder interests. This course prepares students to exercise responsible, legally sound, and biblically informed judgment in human services environments.
