Catalog description

This course develops analytical and problem-solving skills for leadership in human services organizations. Students examine logical reasoning, evidence evaluation, decision-making models, and bias recognition within organizational and community contexts. Emphasis is placed on ethical judgment, data-informed reasoning, and structured problem analysis in mission-driven environments. Students apply critical thinking frameworks to real-world human services challenges in preparation for advanced leadership coursework.
