This course explores personal leadership development within human services contexts. Students examine leadership identity, emotional intelligence, values formation, servant leadership principles, and professional growth strategies. Emphasis is placed on self-assessment, reflective practice, ethical maturity, and biblical integration in leadership roles. Students evaluate their strengths, leadership tendencies, and areas for development to prepare for increasing responsibility in human services organizations.
