This course explores personal leadership development within human services contexts. Students examine leadership identity, emotional intelligence, values formation, servant leadership principles, and professional growth strategies. Emphasis is placed on self-assessment, reflective practice, ethical maturity, and biblical integration in leadership roles. Students evaluate their strengths, leadership tendencies, and areas for development to prepare for increasing responsibility in human services organizations. This course establishes a foundation for professional leadership practice and lifelong growth.
