Catalog description

This course explores the applications and implications of artificial intelligence within human services settings. Students examine AI tools used in case management, data analysis, program evaluation, communication, and organizational decision-making. Emphasis is placed on ethical use, bias mitigation, confidentiality, and responsible leadership oversight. Students evaluate opportunities and risks associated with AI integration in mission-driven organizations. This course prepares future human services leaders to use artificial intelligence ethically, strategically, and effectively in professional practice.
