Catalog description

Students learn the expressive potential of three-dimensional form through exploration of materials, structure, space, and surface. Emphasizing both traditional and contemporary techniques, the course fosters an understanding of volume, balance, and composition while encouraging conceptual development. Students will engage in hands-on making, critique, and creative problem-solving, gaining skills applicable to other artistic, academic, or spiritual disciplines. Repeatable for additional credit.
