Internships must be completed in a global cultural context significantly different from the student's home culture, internationally or domestically. Internships require 126 hours of service during a 10-week or 5-week term. Students will meet regularly with their ministry supervisor, receive coaching from their faculty supervisor, submit self-evaluation and reflection reports as assigned, and debrief the experience with their faculty supervisor. International internships must be approved by the Academic Affairs office. The course may be repeated for credit up to 3 times. Prerequisite: INT-220 or SOC-225 or REL-112 and permission of the professor of record.
