Catalog description

The aim of this professional experience is to take acquired knowledge and skills and refine the art of conducting fitness assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal sensitivity are also needed when disseminating personal health information to a client/patient. Students will conduct comprehensive fitness assessments on various client populations while developing their fitness testing skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. Prerequisite: EXS-379.
