Catalog description

This course guides students through developing a comprehensive business plan, integrating key elements of entrepreneurship. Topics include sourcing and marketing products, establishing an efficient supply chain, and planning for manufacturing if applicable. Students will create detailed operational plans covering billing, payroll, tax compliance, finance, and accounting procedures. Emphasis is placed on practical strategies for product distribution and overall business execution. Potential risks in business operations and how to develop strategies to mitigate their impact will be addressed. An ethical business framework that emphasizes Christian values will be presented to guide the development of a viable business plan. By the end of the course, students will synthesize prior coursework to produce a complete, actionable business plan. Prerequisites: ENT-301, ENT-302, ENT-303, and ENT-304
