Catalog description

Students in this course will develop strategies and tactics to inspire customers to purchase and seamlessly experience the benefits of using a product or service. This includes refining a value proposition that solves a customer problem or satisfies a need. Developing a clear description of ideal customers and market segments, how customer relationships will be developed and nurtured, and the channels by which the product or service will be delivered will be addressed. A business model framework will be incorporated, offering a holistic view of engaging with and delivering value to customers. Prerequisite: ENT-301
