Participants taking this course will be equipped with insights and tools to build organizational change capacity. Topics explored include the practice of leading organizational change, emphasizing both the strategic and personal transformation required of effective leaders, and using a systems perspective to examine the dynamics of change. Additionally, strategies to build and sustain change capacity within their organizations, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement are integrated into hands-on and real-world scenarios to provide immediate application of topics. Participants that complete the course with its certifying assessment at a grade "B-" or higher will achieve a professional certification from Leadership by Design.
