Instructional Planning for the Elementary Classroom

Catalog description

Elementary candidates will develop a broad understanding of strategies that facilitate student achievement. This course includes the application of strategies related to major concepts related to promoting students' independent thinking and learning, and strategies for engaging students in the learning process. Additionally, candidates will practice instructional planning that includes standards-based, data-driven, differentiated instruction that engages elementary students.
