Catalog description
This course provides educators with an understanding of the variables contributing to successful reading comprehension and written expression. Learners will implement newly acquired knowledge by planning and implementing instruction that supports and increases reading comprehension and written expression for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Course outcomes align with the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) standards. This course requires field experiences. Prerequisite: EDRE-535
