Catalog description

This course equips educators with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively evaluate, administer, and interpret reading assessments and professional diagnostic tests. Additionally, it focuses on designing individualized assessment plans, analyzing data, identifying reading difficulties, and fostering collaboration for evidence-based interventions. The course aligns with International Dyslexia Association (IDA) standards, emphasizing the importance of assessment in understanding and addressing reading challenges. This course requires field experiences. Prerequisite: EDRE-515
