This practicum course integrates experiential learning opportunities to expand professional competencies within the nursing specialty area of practice. Emphasis is placed on cultivating professional identity in advanced nursing roles, enhancing leadership skills, and clarifying Christian values to guide professional practice. Students engage in critical analysis of the practice environment to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. Through direct mentorship and self-reflection, students strengthen competencies to support the leadership of evidence-based initiatives within the practice setting. Prerequisite: DNP-810
