Project Management- Scope, Planning, and Estimating

Catalog description

This course introduces students to traditional project management and Agile practices for defining and managing scope for project work. The approaches used for planning the scope of project work will be addressed. Additionally, students will learn estimating methods to determine work effort and duration. Biblical principles that undergird scope, planning, and estimating projects will be examined. Prerequisite: PROJ-610
