This course explores the challenges of and need for identity validation and customer discovery. This course provides an overview of cyber incidents including data breach, cyber-crime, risk assessment and cybersecurity. Costs of a data breach, cyber insurance options, prevention, legal and regulatory considerations, along with customer expectations will be discussed. Students will learn how to develop security, compliance, and incident response plans.
