Leaders will focus on developing advanced skills based on their field of interest or practice. Leaders will develop a comprehensive exploration into a self-directed topic to submit a case study or research proposal that serves as the capstone project for the program. Topics may build off prerequisite courses, allowing leaders to apply leadership principles to contemporary scenarios or delve into an emerging practice area.
