Co-requisite(s): MA 1100 ; PH 2100 . An overview of mechanical engineering topics, exposing students to mechanical power transmission, HVAC systems, and internal combustion engines. Students will learn basic operation and design selection of generators, compressors, pumps, motors, and engines. Also, students will learn fluid flow characteristics of heating, refrigeration, and geothermal systems.
