Catalog description

This course presents a framework for project management that requires cross-functional integration of key business processes within the firm and across the network of firms that comprise key aspects within project management. This course approaches project management from a managerial perspective and introduces concepts in a format useful for management decision making. Basic terms, concepts, and principles are examined in light of how they interrelate and interface within the firm and across projects globally. Illustrations are taken from corporate applications of these concepts to show how project and program management can be implemented.
