Catalog description

This course explores the theory and practice of global leadership and talent development in an increasingly interconnected world. Students examine foundational and contemporary global leadership theories, the dynamics of leadership and followership within complex global systems, and the influence of culture, institutions, and globalization on organizational effectiveness. Through the study of global human resource practices, talent management strategies, and leadership development models, students learn to evaluate organizational challenges and design evidence-based solutions for cross-cultural organizational environments. Emphasis is placed on critical analysis of scholarly literature, application of theory to practice, and the development of leadership strategies that foster organizational performance across cultures and borders.
