Understanding the changing nature of the student body and the predominant student development theories for providing leadership to those who work within this field is the focus of this course. Topics include student rights and responsibilities, student development, recruitment/enrollment, financial aid, traditional and non-traditional student populations, student housing and activities, athletics, student health promotion, and career development.
