Forensic ID of Body Fluids Lab

Catalog description

Co-requisite(s): FS 4500 . This course will introduce students to presumptive and confirmatory tests for the presence of body fluids in forensic samples, including using microscopy, testing for cell-type-specific enzymatic activity, immunochromatography, testing for the presence of cell-type-specific RNA, and testing for cell-type-specific DNA methylation.
