This course explores the extensive domain of renewable energy systems and smart grids. It begins by introducing the technical and operational principles that form the foundation of modern electric grids. A comprehensive examination of energy sources follows, spanning from conventional fossil-fuel generators to state-of-the-art photovoltaic systems.
